PRESIDENT'S CUP November 20-22nd
Corrigan Sports, working in conjunction with the Intercollegiate Women's College Coaches Association (IWLCA), has created the ultimate girls club tournament in the U.S. to coincide with the association's annual meeting in Orlando, Florida. This tournament has become the ultimate recruiting event with over 550 college coaches in attendance.
Cost = $1800 per team
The 2015 IWLCA deBeer Presidents Cup will be a showcase style tournament on November 20-22. Every team will play a minimum 4 games (weather/time permitting). Games will be (2)x25 minutes halves.
Tournament eligibility-class of 2016's, 2017's and 2018's. There will be four divisions in the 2015 tournament:
- Open - any combination of 2016, 2017, and 2018
- 2016 - Pure 2016 teams only
- 2017 - Pure 2017 teams only
- 2018 - Pure 2018 teams only
*No 2019's (freshmen) will be allowed to play in the tournament.
Weather Policy:
Inclement weather is out of the control of the tournament directors, officials, and site managers. In the event of thunder and/or lightnein, all games will be suspended for 20 minutes from the last occurence. Games will resume at their regulary schedule times.
In the event of heavy rain, it is up to the tournament directors, officials, and the site managers as to whether the conditions are deemed safe to play on.
