After 19 successful seasons TNLAX is excited to announce tryouts for the 2025 travel season! This last year we had 29 TNLAX players that were named All Region and 21 were named All State. TNLAX had 11 players make the US Division National Tournament Team, Team Tennessee and we had 5 USA Lacrosse All Americans, 6 USA Lacrosse All Academic and the Jackie Pitts Player of the Year. Skill development does not stop with what is taught during the high school season it continues throughout the year. TNLAX is not only for players who want to compete at the college level but also for those who want to better their high school game. Since its’ inception, TNLAX has been able to help many girls from Tennessee play at the collegiate level. We have over 125 alumni that have played or are currently playing at all levels in college; Division I, Division II, Division III and NAIA. Our coaching staff consists of many who have played lacrosse in Division I, Division II and Division III and know the level of commitment that it takes to succeed. TRYOUTS for the 2025 TNLAX SEASON will be held Sunday, February 9th

We highly encouraged players graduating in 2026-2029 to tryout. The TNLAX season runs February 2025 - December 2025. We attend some of the top recruiting tournaments in the nation as well as offer some great regional options! Our practices are held on Sunday afternoons in the spring. Summer we are able to add in week day practices when we are competing on the weekends and they will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
We do have Elite and Regional team options. Players will be placed on teams based on their skill level.
